Who can participate?
The competition is open to all students currently studying in a Singapore tertiary institution, including junior colleges (JCs), polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) or any tertiary institutions of the equivalent.
10 finalists shall be shortlisted from Phase 1 to proceed to Phase 2.
