Phase 1 Qualifiying Stage
Submission Format
- Proposal with minimum of 1,000 words
- Photos and illustrations may be added to support the proposal
- Drawings of floorplan
Format Requirement
- Entry file size should be 100MB or less
- PDF is recommended.
- Font size should be no smaller than 12pt
Phase 2 Final Submission
- Updated proposal with minimum of 1,000 words
- Additional photos and illustrations may be added to support the updated proposal
- Entry file size should be 100MB or less
- PDF is recommended.
- Font size should be no smaller than 12pt
Presentation
- Powerpoint presentation to a panel of judges consisting of representatives from the Organiser and Supporting Partners
- Time limit: 15 to 20 minutes per participant or group
- PPT slides
For Shortlisted Finalists in Phase 2
Finalists whose Phase 1 submission focused on improvements to water efficiency, waste management and energy efficiency MUST
address the following in their Phase 2 submission proposal.

- Based on the 6 months of consumption data provided, calculate the building’s average carbon emissions.

- Analyse where the consumption is the greatest in the building and identify the consumption pattern.

- Determine the improvement efficiency percentage for your selected improvement areas. Calculate the carbon reduction to be made.
