The Sustainable Cities Challenge is back and we are putting everyday products under the spotlight. This edition focuses on product-level solutions, making sustainability tangible, relatable, and action-oriented for secondary school students. Sometimes it is the small design and process changes that can lead to big sustainability wins.

Instead of a “Use-and-Throw” mindset, From Linear to Circular challenges students to apply circular economy principles to redesign common products and rethink production processes, so that these products last longer, can be reused, repaired, refilled, or responsibly cycled back into the system.

Outstanding teams will be recognised with awards and prizes for their innovative and impactful solutions for the Challenge. Beyond the awards, participants will also gain valuable experience and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a more sustainable Singapore.
