Phase Submission Format Format Requirement
Phase 1 – General  Submissions
  • Proposal (Photos and Illustrations may be added)

          minimum 1,000 words

  • Drawings of floorplan/Blueprint
  • Upload both proposal and supporting drawings via the online registration form.
  • Entryfile size should be 100MB or less,
  • PDF is recommended.
  • Font size should be no smaller than 12pt.
  • Supporting drawings should be 100MB or less.
  • Jpeg/Jpg or PDF is recommended.
  • Digital platforms such as Adobe illustrator/Photoshop can be used for the supporting drawings.
  • Canva can be used for illustration purposes.
Phase 2 –

Shortlisted

Submissions

Phase 2 –

Presentation

 Powerpoint Presentation to a panel of judges consisting of Supporting and Knowledge Partners

For shortlisted finalists in Phase 2

Finalists whose Phase 1 submission focused on improvements to water efficiency, waste management and energy efficiency MUST address the following in their Phase 2 submission:

  1. Based on the 6 months consumption data provided, calculate to find out the building’s average carbon emission.
  2. Analyze where the building owners are focusing their consumption on and identify the consumption pattern.
  3. Determine the improvement efficiency percentage for your selected improvement areas. Calculate the carbon reduction to be made.
  4. Recommend solutions to achieve the improvement efficiency percentage and carbon reduction target.
